We are looking for carers to join our well-established domiciliary care agency in Hastings East Sussex.

Role - Home Care Worker
Location – Hastings and surrounding areas
Salary – £10 - 11 per hour (depending on experience)

​

• Take responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our service users.

• Promote their independence

• Maintain high levels of dignity and respect.

• Carry out or assist service users with personal care

• Medication

• Transferring using safe moving and handling techniques and approved equipment.

• Preparation of light meals and snacks.

• Employment is subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS, applicants must be over 18 and be able to work alone or as part of a team.

• A can-do attitude, resilient and reliable nature.

• Compassion and empathy.

• Enthusiasm to promote independence & choice.

• The ability to work flexibly.

• Previous care experience preferred but not essential
